Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Products are eligible for returns within 30 days if product is broken.

All deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards products or services in office.

All purchased services are non-refundable but can be used towards another service or product if the original service cannot be preformed. All membership payments must be used towards that service. All packages purchased must be used in entirety, cannot be returned after using several services.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Medical conditions exempt the patient from receiving a prepaid service
  • Client has passed away
  • Moving out of state

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The returns can take up to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

The Patient Portal link above allows our patients to fill out paperwork ahead of time, look at what you have spent, and also what services you currently have. In order to access the Patient Portal, you must first be seen by our practice to receive the login information. If you are experiencing any issues when trying to access the Patient Portal, please call our practice.
